How to lose buccal fat, upper body fat!? - losing weight buccal fat

I try to find a way to lose fat lips and fat around my upper body too! I work out, but only to lose weight, the fat in my body and my size! How can I lose this fat?
What should I eat to lose, and I need to avoid a further increase to! Please help! Thank you!

Try some whole body training 3 times per week. You can read my internship here. I am doing this now for 5 weeks and I lost 13 pounds, 4 inches my waist and 4 inches in my hips.
